Owner Name

Search by owner name or by owner name and basin:

*If you enter an asterisk (*) in the field with a partial spelling of the owner first name or last name the query will do a wildcard search.

Note: Permit applications and approvals do not by themselves change the owner of record (See help - Water Right Summary query)

Format of Report Output:

Search by Water Right file number (Basin and Number are mandatory) OR by owner name or owner name and basin.

Search for owner name as entered on application. If searching for a company name enter it in last name field only. Owner name search only retrieves current/previous owners of record. Select the appropriate radio button if you would like to search for applicants as well.

If you do not know the Water Right file number of the desired Water Right, then go back to the Point of Diversion by Location Query where you can search by pod location, county, basin, grant or usage.
